The Lagoon 55 is a 55-foot catamaran for up to 8 guests in 4 cabins, without air conditioning. Private charters start at $1,200 a night for 2 guests, with the captain, cook, meals and drinks included; transport from Panama City and the Guna Yala tax are extra.
An elegant 17 metre Lagoon 55 catamaran that sails the San Blas Islands under her own green mainsail. Four cabins, each with a private en-suite bathroom, sleep up to 8 guests: three with a double bed and one with two side beds. The crew have their own cabin, so all four stay yours. There is no air conditioning on board, two fans in every cabin instead, which is worth knowing before you book. The aft deck seats eight for dinner in the shade. the captain has worked these islands for 11 years and the cook bakes sourdough and makes yoghurt on board. Starlink, a watermaker, paddleboards, snorkeling gear, a waterski and wakeboard for the kids, and a 15 hp dinghy all come as standard on an all-inclusive crewed charter.
