All charters include captain, cook, all meals, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, snorkeling gear, and fishing equipment. Guna Yala entry tax ($22 per guest tourist, $7 per Panamanian resident) is paid separately in cash at the Nusagandi checkpoint. 30% deposit confirms the booking; balance due 7 days before charter start.
Itinerary
What 3 nights looks like

Day 1: Panama City to the islands
Early 4x4 pickup from Panama City. 2.5-hour drive to the port, water taxi to your boat. First lunch on board, swim, snorkel a nearby reef, anchor for the night.

Day 2: Western anchorages
Sail through the western Guna Yala. Two or three island stops, snorkeling, a sandbar lunch. Sunset cocktails at a remote anchorage. Stargazing once it gets dark.

Day 3: Final swim, return to land
Sunrise swim, breakfast, one last snorkel stop. Sail back to the port mid-morning. Water taxi, 4x4 to Panama City, arrive by mid-afternoon.
