Pelicano Island is 115 km from Panama City, taking 2.5-3 hours by 4x4 through the mountains, followed by a 45-60 minute boat ride. Total travel time is approximately 3.5-4 hours each way. Pickup is at 5:00-5:30 AM so you arrive in time to enjoy the full day.
